I have accumulated over 1TB of digital files over the years. They were a mess. After trying the usual MP3Tag & Picard unsuccessfully I came across this:

Still floored I could get it to work! I got artwork on all my albums now.

Need to buy the Pro program for FLAC/WAVS, but only $5. Well worth it!

Need to use Wine for Linux machines.

Neat, tho!

Please let me build a system that is a bit forgiving on what I find in thrift shops for a handful of pennies and still is able to deliver the goods on good pressings.

I'm on a Mac, and, have used this for years; free and simple:

That looks complicated.  I like to minimise the use of tagging software by ensuring it all looks correct in dBpoweramp prior to ripping.

However, on Linux, I’m used to easytag.

I have used dBpower amp for all my rips and I have something like 66,000 songs and 4500 + albums . Most are sensibly tagged but there are some that are not right . This sounds interesting as every other software program I have tried was as you say so complicated to use I was never sure what I was doing . How easy is this one ?
