I'm very impressed with the Pro Plus inbuilt DAC based on a AKM 4493SEQ Velvet Sound DAC chip, a great improvement over the Plus Burr Brown PCM5121 DAC, I really don't need an external DAC with it now.

I almost bought one after seeing your post on Monday, but decided I’ve been spending too much recently on things I don’t need and also might make me too lazy to play vinyl. Now I’m slightly regretting my reticence!
Will have to wait until they drop the price again.
